Some pics of my latest project. Uses similar fuselage to Watts Up but similarity ends there 3.8 metre span 4 servo wing fully sheeted MH30 modified section. Wing weighs in at 686 grams so far with fuselage and tail feathers at 330 grams

I use thin Vitalbond for gluing the ribs to the bottom sheeting, with the Carbon spars glued down onto the sheet with slow Vitalbond . Leading edes are added after sanding the front of ribs level to bottom sheeting. Top sheeting is added after angling the top of L E to follow rib top, secured with Evostick to the ribs and slow epoxy 3 hour on top of spar, with light glass cloth in the T E sandwich between top & bottom sheet. Top of rear sheeting bevelled off to give sharp T E

A few more pics. The wings have been glassed underneath, still have to do the top of the wings before cutting out the flaps & ailerons. Hatch now fitted and shaped. The cu touts in the tips are for the movable ends to the ailerons, in the tiplets

Some more pictures of the ailerons now cut free from the wing tips, after the glassing of the panels. Did not intend to glass them but it has stiffened up the thin T E more to my liking.

Getting a bit nearer to the end, with a few more pictures. Made the tail plane mount de mountable from the boom to aid access to elevator servo and rudder servo harness, to the Rx
