F5J - A Very Special Pike Perfect ET EL for Sale
This Pike Perfect is three years old, it is very rare and possibly unique, it was specially built for me by Samba and no expense has been spared in equipping it.

It has never been crashed and only has very minor hangar rash evident – small chips around the canopy cover and tiny star cracking on back edge of one flap where screw driver was droped onto it! – otherwise in mint condition. Reason for sale is too many gliders and now thinning out the collection.

This Pike Perfect ET has the longer wingspan i.e. the Extended Tips” which take the span to just over 3.8m it was also built by Samba as “Extra Light “EL” AUW, ready to launch with 1000mAh lipo being just under 1690g.
The Fuz is a bit special as well, being as it is the F3J Glider fuselage with the much reduced cross section takes a 32mm spinner (not the 38mm spinner as on the standard electric Perfect fuz, together with a Kevlar front end. It also carries significant ballast within the Fuz, secured with a single bolt, as per the glider version. The Wing is a three piece wing, with the Pike Perfection Section.

The motor I fitted is the Florian Schambec 1025 inc gearbox- this item alone cost £250 and has hardly been used. Fitted with Aeronaut folding Prop 14 x 9.5 and cool nose spinner which takes this to 200m in 20 secs.

Other Equipment includes all digital metal geared servos 2x MKS6100’s on elevator, and rudder with 2xTurnigy 7Kg servos on flaps and I think Futaba 3051’s on the ailerons. All fitted in trays for easy install and removal.

Includes full set of reflective 3mm thick foam custom bags for all parts, the bags for the three piece wing are made in four pieces so they can be used when glider is fully assembled.

This is one very special glider – is being sold complete so all that you will need is your Rx.
I shall be attending Radioglide this weekend at BMFA National Flying Centre at Sewstern Leicestershire on Saturday afternoon, Sunday and Monday if collection is required. Original finished cost was in region of £2300.
Price £1275 ovno
