Ian, very disappointed, 12-15mph winds not a problem for us with proper models...
Always a bit unwise to cancel before the day unless constant rain & howling winds seem definite.
Mike.

Not a bad decision Ian, I would have cancelled due to the lack of entries, especially as a couple have also indicated they may withdraw due to the met office forecasting gusts of 33 mph.

Ok to cancel on the day for people who have to travel less than ten miles to the venue!

Hopefully we will have a better day for the final meeting at Pillerton next month - see you then..

Regards,

Cliff

Think a good decision Ian, I would have entered if the forecast was better. Fingers crossed for Pillerton.

Not everyone has “proper models” moulded models and with the forecast of high winds and a very low entry it only takes one person to cancel and then the comp is void anyway. Good decision Ian.

Gusts over 30MPH and a 60% chance of rain from midday onwards.
Not my idea of fun.
Disappointing but the right decision.
