Pillerton Hersey

Directions:
- Exit M40 J13 (if Southbound) or J12 (if Northbound) and carry on B4100 in same direction.
- Take Fosse Way B4455 going West.
- Go straight over roundabout sign posted to Wellesbourne and Kineton
- About 1.5m later turn left onto small country lane signposted to Pillerton Hersey.
- Go left at fork.
- The field used is usually 1/2 mile on the left.
Clent Soaring Association's Hopwood field
Address: Lea End Lane, Hopwood, Birmingham, Worcestershire B38Directions:
- Exit M40 at J2, take A441 North towards Hopwood & Birmingham
- After 1m take approx 3rd Right into Lea End Lane.
- The site is the third field on the right.

General Notes & Rules
Without exception all entrants must produce evidence of valid insurance cover at registration for the 1st league event they enter. If the insurance covers all league events that the competitor is likely to enter during the course of the current year (2010), he will not be asked to produce further evidence at a later date.
Entries should ideally be made via the forum on the eSoaring web site at www.eSoaring.net/forum. However, if this is not convenient, the CD for each event may accept entries submitted by other means.
All entries must be submitted with 3 frequency options, (if flying on the 35 MHz band), plus your name and a note of which eSoaring class is being entered. (Open OR 2m).
Entries for all events (except the British Nationals) will close 72 hours prior to the start of each event. In certain circumstances, the CD may allow late entries, or entries on the day of the event, if sufficient free slots are available in the flying matrix produced for the event.
The pre-entry fee will be £5.00. All late entries will be charged a £10.00 entry fee. The entry fee for all events will be payable at registration on the day of the competition. (Except for the National Championships in August).
Height limiting switches will be available for hire to any league competition entrant who does not own their own unit, at a cost of £5.00 per competition day, plus a £10.00 returnable deposit, payable at registration on the day. Pre-booking of switches is essential for any competitor who requires a loan unit.
Minimum entry numbers are fixed by the eSoaring rules. Maximum total entry numbers, (Open plus 2M), will be fixed by the CD for the event in consideration of the time available, the number of slot positions available and the (minimum), number of rounds planned.
Open & 2M events will be run at the same time on the same day.
Genuine newcomers to eSoaring (i.e. anyone who did not fly at all in any eSoaring LEAGUE event last year), will be able to enter their first 2010 league competition FREE OF CHARGE, and no charge will be made for hire of a height limiter if required.
ADDITIONALLY, throughout the year, any competitor who introduces a new competitor to the eSoaring league, will also receive HALF PRICE ENTRY for themselves, as long as they also fly in the first league competition flown by that new competitor.
